Our mission
A force for good
Every individual has the potential to be a force for good. Our entire method follows from taking that sentence literally.
The premise
Potential is not rare. Access is.
We do not believe talent needs to be discovered in some lucky few. We believe it is already distributed everywhere, and that what separates a young person who becomes a force for good from one who does not is almost never ability. It is proximity — to a working professional, to a real production, to a room where the decisions get made.
So we do not run inspiration campaigns. We run productions, broadcasts, showcases, and awards, and we make room inside them for people who have not been let in yet.
That is a harder way to do charity. It is also the only version we have seen actually change what a young person believes about themselves.
What we commit to
Five things we hold ourselves to.
Inspire the next generation of creative leaders
Not with slogans. With visible proof, on real productions, that the path is walkable.
Promote education, mentorship, and professional development
Skills that survive the event: craft training, portfolio work, and mentors who stay reachable afterward.
Celebrate diversity, inclusion, and innovation
Our work spans Houston, New York, Puerto Rico, Latin America, and the Gulf. The rooms we build should look like that.
Recognize work that lifts an industry and a community
Excellence and impact are not competing criteria. We honor people who deliver both.
Put established professionals and emerging talent in the same room
Collaboration is the whole mechanism. Everything else we do is scaffolding for this one thing: someone who has arrived, sitting down with someone who has not, on equal footing and for long enough to matter.
How we work
Produce. Platform. Mentor.
Produce. We make things — films, broadcast series, showcases, awards evenings. Production is where the learning is real, because the deadline is real and the audience is real.
Platform. We hand the microphone over. Emerging designers get the runway slot. Emerging crew get the credit. Emerging voices get the interview instead of being the subject of one.
Mentor. We keep people connected after the lights come down, through ambassadors and industry professionals who take the follow-up call.
Where this came from
We took the angle of developing inspirational shows with family values, by exposing the audience to uplifting role models, creative artists, experts, and leaders.Samuel Flores · Founder
Aspire Next Gen grew out of a production house, not a boardroom. Its founder was invited to produce a Spanish-language slate for a network division reaching 52 countries across Latin America and parts of Europe — an assignment meant to last one summer. It ran five years.
Three more followed in English: 85 shows, distributed across 18 U.S. territories, and later episodic work for Enlace+ digital distribution in Latin America.
That record is not the point. It is the framework — proof of what a small team can put on air, and the production discipline now carried forward into Aspire Rev Studios and everything else on this site. What it taught us is narrow and useful: uplifting content only works when it is made to broadcast standard, and role models only work when young people can actually reach them.
Aspire Next Gen is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) public charity. Determination letter and EIN documentation are available to venues, funders, and partners on request.

Every person is someone's proof.
If you have a platform, a skill, a venue, or a budget and you want it pointed at the next generation, we should talk.
