Where the work happens

Four disciplines, chosen because they are the ones we can actually open doors in — and because young people are already paying attention to them.

Aspire Rev Studios

Our creative partner in cinema. Aspire Rev Studios develops inspirational feature work that treats spiritual depth as a craft problem rather than a genre label — stories about identity, purpose, and what it means to be fully alive, built to compete on production value with anything else on the platform.

The charitable half of that relationship is straightforward: a working slate needs writers, assistants, camera crew, composers, and post talent. We use those positions to give emerging creatives a first professional credit and a mentor attached to it, rather than an internship that ends in a certificate.

Television · Latin America

Alegría TV

Our founding production arm and the reason this organization exists at all. Alegría TV develops inspirational programming — interviews, short films, documentaries — built for broadcast and digital distribution in Spanish and English.

The track record is specific. Five years producing for a TBN network division reaching 52 countries across Latin America and parts of Europe. Three years and 85 shows in English, distributed across 18 U.S. territories. Episodic work for Enlace+ digital distribution throughout Latin America.

The editorial rule never changed: put uplifting role models, working artists, experts, and leaders in front of an audience that rarely sees people who look and sound like them doing that work. That rule, and the production discipline behind it, is what Aspire Rev Studios is now built on.

For young Spanish-speaking creatives, the studio is the classroom. Segment production, field shooting, and interview craft are taught the way they were taught to us — on a live schedule, with someone experienced standing next to you.

Fashion & the arts

Intersectionality, in practice

Fashion is where identity gets constructed in public — which makes it one of the most powerful and most gatekept rooms a young person can try to enter. Cinema, music, and design all meet there, and so do the people who decide whose work gets seen.

Our approach is to partner with the professionals already running those rooms rather than build a parallel, smaller one. Through our partnership with producer and editor Marie Llanos and her platforms — the New York Fashion Awards, Luxe Varié Magazine, Dubai Latin Fashion, and the Puerto Rico Fashion Awards — emerging designers and creatives are placed inside professional productions, on the record, in front of buyers, press, and mentors.

Ambassador profile

Azalia Arredondo Tejada

Mexicana Universal Houston 2022 · Spokesperson

Born in Mexico City and raised in the United States from her teens, Azalia carries the Aspire Next Gen platform on the two issues she knows first-hand: mental health and immigration advocacy. She speaks to students, congregations, and community groups in both languages, and she is candid about what the crown did and did not solve.

She is a working professional model — named Luxury Model of the Month by Luxe Varié Magazine for Dubai Luxury Fashion Week — while completing a bachelor's degree in communication arts, with prior study in humanities, fashion design, and professional acting.

She is exactly the kind of ambassador the program is built around: close enough in age to be believable, far enough along to be useful.

What an ambassador actually does

Ambassadors are not a photo op. Each one commits to school and community appearances, participation in at least one Aspire Next Gen production or showcase per cycle, and — the part that matters most — staying reachable to the young people who approach them afterward.

We select for lived credibility over follower count. If you have a story a sixteen-year-old needs to hear and the discipline to keep showing up, we would like to meet you.
